Job description
JPMorganChase in Hartford is seeking a Branch Manager who will lead day-to-day branch operations, coach a team, and drive growth in deposits and investments. You will deliver exceptional client experiences and manage risk, while representing the brand with hospitality and integrity.
The role requires 2+ years of management experience in retail banking or equivalent, flexibility to work weekends/evenings, and a commitment to not only meet but exceed branch goals within a fast-paced environment.
