Job description
PNC is seeking a Branch Manager in Birmingham, AL to lead all aspects of branch performance and motivate a high performing team. You will drive revenue through consultative interactions, deliver an omni-channel client experience, and ensure strong risk and compliance practices.
In this role, you will coach onboarding and development, guide talent selection, and cultivate a culture of inclusion and exceptional customer service within the Retail Banking organization.
