Job description
Groundworks is seeking a General Manager in Training to oversee operations at a Groundworks branch during a six‑month immersive program. The GMT will travel regionally during training and may relocate within the Groundworks umbrella to assume a Branch Manager role.
The program emphasizes leadership, cross‑functional experience in office, sales and production, and rapid relocation as new branches open or existing openings occur. Groundworks promotes from within.
