Job description
Family YMCA of Greater Augusta in Burke County, GA seeks a Branch Executive Director to lead the Burke County YMCA. This role connects people, programs, and resources to strengthen the community and create an environment where members belong, grow, and thrive.
The ideal candidate will balance people, purpose, and performance, with 4–6 years of management experience and 3–5 years YMCA leadership. CPR/AED, First Aid, and BBP certifications are required within 45 days of hire.
