Job description
Alliance Catholic Credit Union in Rochester seeks a Branch Manager to lead a busy team, drive sales, and elevate member service. You will report to the Regional Branch Manager and coach staff to meet quality standards while managing daily operations and scheduling.
A college degree and 5–7 years in financial services or an equivalent mix of education and experience are required. Strong communication, training, and people skills are essential to succeed in this role.
