Job description
Pioneer Bank, National Association in Glenmont, NY, is seeking a Branch Manager to lead all branch operations and sales efforts. You will partner with the Market Leader to execute branch strategy and develop retail, commercial and wealth-management relationships while mentoring staff.
The role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, policy compliance, and community engagement. Availability is Monday–Thursday 9:00am–4:00pm, Friday 9:00am–5:00pm, Saturday 9:00am–12:00pm.
