Job description
Griffin Funding is seeking a Branch Manager for the San Diego HQ to lead growth beyond $30M per month in funded volume. You will own production, headcount, and growth strategy, while staying hands-on with coaching and pipeline management.
You will sit on the floor, listen to calls, and drive results through a high-performing team. NMLS licensed, with direct non-QM expertise, is required. Relocation to San Diego is open for top candidates.
