Job description
Branch Manager Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 annually + potential bonus
Are you a motivated leader with a strong background in HVAC, wholesale distribution, sales, or operations? We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead our team and drive the success of a growing wholesale HVAC distribution location.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, building relationships, developing employees, and growing a business.
What You'll Do
Lead the day-to-day operations of the branch, including sales, customer service, warehouse, and delivery functions
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
Drive branch sales, profitability, and overall business growth
Recruit, coach, develop, and hold employees accountable
Partner with sales and operations teams to provide an exceptional customer experience
Monitor inventory, purchasing, and branch expenses
Ensure a safe, organized, and efficient branch environment
Identify opportunities to increase sales and expand the customer base
Work closely with company leadership to achieve branch and company goals
What We're Looking For
Leadership or management experience in HVAC, wholesale distribution, plumbing, electrical, building materials, or a related industry
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to lead and develop a team
Sales-minded with a strong business acumen
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer and technology skills
A hands-on leadership style and willingness to jump in wherever needed
