Job description
Orkin is seeking a General Manager / People Leader to run a Branch operation, drive revenue, and develop a high-performing team. You will lead safety, customer service, and P&L, while shaping strategic plans and talent development across the branch.
You will recruit, onboard, mentor, and build leadership depth, partner with Senior Leadership, and travel for leadership meetings and site visits. A strong focus on metrics and community relations is required.
