Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Chicago, IL. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, manage and mentor branch staff, and foster customer relationships. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving target goals, coaching employees, resolving customer issues, and ensuring optimal bank performance.
Qualifications
Leadership and Team Management skills, with the ability to recruit, train, and motivate branch employees.
Customer Service and Relationship Building skills to maintain and enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales and Strategic Planning skills for driving branch performance and achieving financial goals.
Financial Acumen and regulatory compliance knowledge relevant to banking operations.
Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving skills for making informed decisions and resolving customer concerns effectively.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with banking software and other relevant technology tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
Previous banking or financial services experience, particularly in a leadership role, is highly desirable.
