Job description
MountainOne North Adams Office is seeking a Community Banking Officer (Branch Manager) to oversee all aspects of a full-service branch. You will lead staff, ensure compliance, and drive customer relationship growth while upholding MountainOne's service standards and community presence.
As a brand steward, you will direct operations, manage staffing, coaching, and training initiatives, and collaborate with the Senior CBO to maintain the branch’s positive image and customer focus.
