Charter Oak Federal Credit Union in Niantic, CT is seeking a Branch Manager to motivate and coach the team to achieve branch goals in performance excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated leadership with excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills.

You will build outside relationships and leads to grow business at the branch level, and ensure that APEX goals for Achieving Performance Excellence are met.
