Branch Manager

As a Branch Manager, your responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
What You’ll Do:
Responsibilities include successful management of branch financial performance, and personnel, inventory, distribution, and vendor processes.
Develop a strategy that outlines resource requirements, including facilities, equipment, and staff, to meet the company's current and anticipated growth goals. Provides clear expectations of goals to all branch employees. Manages performance of branch employees and recognizes issues, trains, coaches, counsels, and takes corrective action when warranted.
Understands and utilizes financial indicators to measure the performance of branch.
Ensures safety and security of all employees, facility, equipment, and inventory.
Maintains compliance with all safety and Hazmat, DOT, legal, and employment regulations.
Manages fleet resources to meet daily customer service delivery requirements.
Manages slotting and storage layout for optimum efficiency.
Maintains documented procedures for work processes.
Ensures compliance with processes and procedures to maintain accurate levels of inventory and prevent shrinkage.
Maintains open channels of communication with the Regional Manager regarding all operations, processes, and personnel.
Supports a collaborative environment with other Branch Managers to promote efficiency in the Company.
What You’ll Bring:
5+ years of experience in a similar role
Excellent leadership skills, customer service and sales skills
Excellent time and project management skills
Ability to motivate, train, and provide opportunities for employee development.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good reasoning ability and math aptitude
Industry and product knowledge preferred.
Demonstrated potential ability to perform the essential functions as outlined above.
Demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills.
Ability to speak concisely and distinctly.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and work under stressful conditions.
Demonstrated computer skills.
Location: Elko, NV
Schedule: Between the hours of 6:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
