Job description
Lead the Team. Run the Operation. Own the Outcome.
Most branch manager roles report up to a corporate hierarchy. This one reports to twin brothers who grew up in the business and still answer the phone.
If you're a hands‑on operations leader who wants to run a branch, develop a team, and deliver for customers every day, somewhere your work is actually seen, this could be the most rewarding role of your career.
United Air Filter is growing, and our Greensboro location is at the center of that growth. We care deeply about integrity, performance, and treating people like family. We take growth seriously, and we take doing things the right way just as seriously.
Who We Are
For over 58 years, United Air Filter has built a reputation for quality products, reliable performance, and superior value across the air filtration industry. From disposable panel filters to HEPA filtration, we partner with our customers to deliver improved indoor air quality, lower costs, and longer service life, backed by friendly service and the experience to solve unique filtration challenges. We are a third‑generation family‑owned business, now led by twin brothers William and Thomas Kinney, and we believe taking care of our people is just as important as taking care of our customers. That's why we lead with strong values, genuine relationships, and a real commitment to work/life balance.
Our core values guide everything we do:
We are easy to do business with
We keep our promises and exceed expectations
We share success through accountability and teamwork
