Job description
Shore United Bank is seeking an experienced Branch Manager for the Severna Park, MD location. Lead the branch team to deliver outstanding customer service, manage daily operations, and drive growth while ensuring compliance and risk controls.
You will coach and develop staff, partner with other business lines, and promote cross-selling of banking products. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in branch leadership, plus an NMLS license or ability to obtain one, are required.
