Job description
Town & Country FCU in Maine seeks a Branch Manager to lead a branch team, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional member service. You will drive lending activity, open accounts, and support members in achieving financial goals within a cooperative framework.
With 3–5 years in related roles and a 2-year degree (or equivalent certification), you will coach staff, conduct performance reviews, and uphold regulatory standards alongside the credit union’s lending philosophy.
