Job description
Hope Enterprise Corporation, which includes HOPE Credit Union and Hope Policy Institute, is seeking a Branch Manager for its Retail Operations. The role oversees daily branch operations, staff supervision, security, transactions, and regulatory compliance while driving member service and deposit growth.
The Branch Manager will lead a team, manage cross-selling initiatives, and ensure adherence to policies. Strong leadership and banking experience are required, with bilingual English/Spanish
