Job description
Altura Credit Union in Murrieta, CA seeks a Branch Manager I to lead a level I branch, supervise staff, and deliver a warm, positive Member experience. You will drive branch production, mentor leadership, and coach the team to meet goals while maintaining compliance and strong service at every touchpoint.
Responsibilities include daily operations, staff scheduling and training, and sustaining the branch’s professional image. A background in financial services and supervisory roles is required.
