Job description
Lendmark Financial Services seeks a Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations, lending activities, customer service and security in line with company objectives.
You will lead and coach staff, drive new business development, manage performance reviews and maintain high client satisfaction while ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines.
Salary is competitive and includes eligibility for Quarterly Incentive compensation based on performance.
