Job description
Lendmark Financial Services is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of a full-service branch, including lending, product sales, customer service and safety compliance.
You will lead, coach and motivate staff to meet profitability and loan-volume goals, develop new business in the community, manage hiring and performance, and ensure top-tier client service while following state and federal guidelines. Occasional travel may be required.
