Branch Manager
Financial Additions is partnering with an established Texas banking client seeking a Branch Manager to lead branch operations, develop employees, grow customer relationships, and represent the bank within the local community.
The ideal candidate will combine strong operational leadership with a genuine relationship-building approach and an ability to identify opportunities to grow deposits and deepen customer relationships.
Oversee daily branch operations and ensure a high level of customer service.
Lead, coach, and develop branch employees.
Build and maintain relationships with consumer and business customers.
Drive deposit growth and identify opportunities to expand banking relationships.
Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, operational controls, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor branch performance and establish goals for the team.
Resolve escalated customer issues and maintain a strong client experience.
Develop relationships within the local business community and represent the bank at community events.
Partner with commercial lending, treasury management, and other banking teams to identify opportunities.
Qualifications
Previous retail or community banking experience.
Branch leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong business-development and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of branch operations, banking products, and compliance requirements.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills.
