Position Overview
Carroll Construction Supply is seeking a Branch Manager to head our Indianapolis, IN, location. The role requires strong construction knowledge and sales experience, a desire to succeed, and the ability to drive growth in the Indianapolis market.
Responsibilities
• Lead and grow Carroll’s business in the Indianapolis market.
• Manage daily operations, staff, and sales initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and the community.
• Drive the company’s goals and performance standards.
Requirements
Previous knowledge and experience in the building materials industry is a must.
Extremely motivated with strong leadership skills.
Driven for success and willing to go the extra mile.
Ability to lead and participate effectively as part of a team.
