Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery
Lead and motivate staff, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations
Monitor branch performance, including sales targets, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
Develop and implement strategies to improve branch profitability and enhance customer retention
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards
Resolve escalated customer issues and conflicts to maintain customer satisfaction
Prepare and manage branch budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
Align branch goals with overall company objectives, collaborating with senior leadership
Organize and conduct staff meetings to review performance and set goals
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
35 years of branch management, retail, or supervisory experience
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong financial management and budgeting experience
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
Ability to resolve conflicts and handle difficult situations professionally
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and branch management software
