Job description
U.S. Bank in Lake Oswego, OR seeks a Branch Manager 3 to lead Kruse Woods branch operations and drive exceptional customer experiences in line with U.S. Bank values.
You will coach and develop a team, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with partners across wealth, business banking, mortgage, and payments to meet goals and grow the local market. A bachelor's degree and 3–4 years of retail banking leadership are expected.
