Branch Manager – Landscaping & OperationsBase Salary: $100,000–$125,000 + Performance Bonus Full-Time | Branch Operations | Landscaping, Hardscape & SnowWe are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and overall performance of a growing landscaping branch. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing branch operations, financial performance, employees, customers, and field production across landscape maintenance, hardscape, and snow removal operations.The Branch Manager will have full responsibility for driving profitable growth, maintaining operational efficiency, developing employees, and ensuring high-quality service for customers.ResponsibilitiesOversee all branch operations, including landscape maintenance, hardscape, and snow removalOwn branch profit & loss (P&L) and financial performanceDevelop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and operational goalsMonitor job profitability, labor costs, equipment costs, and productionLead, manage, and develop field crews, supervisors, and administrative staffEnsure projects and recurring services are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standardsOversee scheduling, manpower, equipment, materials, and resource allocationMaintain strong relationships with commercial and residential customersIdentify opportunities to grow revenue and expand branch servicesAssist with estimating, pricing, proposals, and contract developmentOversee hardscape installation and snow removal operationsManage seasonal staffing and operational planningEnsure compliance with company safety policies and applicable regulationsEstablish performance expectations and hold teams accountable for resultsWork closely with ownership and senior leadership on branch strategy and growthQualifications5+ years of experience in commercial landscaping, landscape operations, or a related industryPrevious management experience with responsibility for teams and operationsStrong understanding of landscape maintenance, hardscape, and/or snow removalProven experience managing budgets and P&LStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple crews, projects, and priorities simultaneouslyStrong business and financial acumenExperience with estimating, scheduling, and operational planning preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced, seasonal environmentValid driver's licenseWhat We Offer$100,000–$125,000 base salaryPerformance-based bonusLeadership role with significant operational responsibilityOpportunity to drive branch growth and profitabilityCareer advancement opportunitiesBenefits packageEqual Opportunity Employer: We are an equal opportunity employer and consider qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other legally protected status.
