Job description
WESTERN FINANCE in Midland, Texas seeks a full-time Branch Manager to lead a local team, drive sales and service, and uphold our core values. The role requires strong leadership, training ability, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
You must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle. Pay is $30,000–$36,000 per year with bonus opportunities; position is in-person at our Midland office. Relocation is not offered; candidates should be able to commute daily.
