Job description
Arrow Financial Corporation in Ilion is seeking a Branch Manager (Tier 2 or 3) to oversee day-to-day operations, provide quality customer service, and lead the branch team to meet goals for accounts, loans, and business development.
This role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 6 years in banking/retail, 2 years supervisory, and NMLS/Sig nature guarantees certifications. Travel to other branches and rotating Saturday work are expected; comprehensive benefits are offered.
