Our global sales and service network provides our customers with a local resource for a wide variety of quality material handling equipment, fleet management solutions, warehouse products and support services to meet their needs anytime, anywhere.Job DutiesOversee day-to-day branch operation and business activitiesOversee branch financial performance including inventories, accounts receivable, expenses, pricing, invoicing, and credit termsEstablish sales goals for company and other key product lines in support of corporate goalsSupport and communicate corporate guidelines and policiesMaintain direct contact with customersDevelop sales and service strategies after gathering product and market informationCoordinate activities and resolve issues with equipment sales, leasing, service, and partsOversee staffing needs including recruiting, development, evaluation, and training of employeesMake compensation recommendations and coordinate with HR department to address performance issues and policy violationsMinimum Qualifications8-15 years related experienceA bachelor degree with seven to ten years sales/service management experience with industrial equipmentValid driver's license, good driving record, and the ability to safely operate lift trucks for product demonstrationsOccasional travel (6-20%) and occasional overnight stays (6 -20%)Preferred QualificationsStrong leadership, communication, time management, judgment, and decision-making skillsMicrosoft Office experienceLift truck industry and territory sales experience preferredExperience in territory sales and experience with the Company are desirableWork Authorization: Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
