As a Branch Manager, you'll serve as the leader of the banking center, responsible for inspiring your team, ensuring operational excellence, supporting customer relationship growth, and reinforcing the culture and values that make Rio Bank unique. What You'll Do
Lead & Develop Your Team
Coach, develop, and inspire branch employees to deliver strong service and performance.
Foster accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
Recruit, train, recognize, and develop employees to support individual and branch success.
Lead daily branch activities and ensure appropriate staffing and coverage.
Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience
Provide prompt, professional, and personalized service.
Build customer relationships through proactive engagement and follow-through.
Help customers identify solutions that meet their financial needs.
Resolve concerns and escalations with professionalism and care.
Assist with account opening, relationship management, and retention efforts as needed.
Support Growth & Community Engagement
Grow relationships through referrals and collaboration with Lending, Treasury Management, Mortgage, Private Banking, and other partners.
Represent Rio Bank through community networking, civic involvement, and relationship-building.
Support customer relationship growth and the Bank’s overall growth objectives.
Oversee Branch Operations & Compliance
Oversee daily branch operations with accuracy, efficiency, and strong service.
Maintain operational controls, security practices, and documentation standards.
Ensure compliance with Bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Promote risk awareness, fraud prevention, and accountability.
Support audits, operational reviews, and process improvement efforts.

Qualifications
Required
High school diploma or GED.
Three (3) to five (5) years of banking experience.
Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
Working knowledge of branch operations, customer service, and retail banking products and services.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field.
Previous branch management experience.
Bilingual communication skills based on market needs.
