S&K Building Services is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead operations and inspire a high-performing team. This is a key leadership role in a dynamic environment focused on service excellence, team development, and customer satisfaction.
About the Role
We're seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead operations, drive team success, and ensure exceptional service quality. This role oversees all branch functions-staffing, scheduling, payroll, equipment management-while fostering a culture of safety, integrity, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day branch operations for efficiency and compliance
Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards
Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Conduct quality audits and implement improvements
Support sales efforts and contribute to business growth
Oversee payroll and labor forecasting
Qualifications
5+ years in the service industry
3+ years in operations or branch management
Proven leadership and team development skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling/payroll systems
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
