We move quickly for the right person.ResponsibilitiesOperationsOversee daily operations — safety, efficiency, compliance, and service qualityMaintain facilities, equipment, and physical assets to uphold professional standardsEnsure accountability across teams through clear expectations and consistent oversightSales & Business DevelopmentDevelop and execute a strategic growth plan to meet or exceed annual targetsPartner with the business development team to maintain a qualified pipeline and close new businessRepresent the company through local networking, community engagement, and market presenceClient RelationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partnersMonitor client feedback and drive service improvements to maximize retentionAddress concerns promptly and effectivelyFinancial ManagementOwn P&L — revenue generation, expense control, and financial forecastingTrack KPIs and implement improvements to maximize profitabilityIdentify cross-sell and revenue expansion opportunitiesTeam LeadershipRecruit, onboard, train, and develop staffSet clear performance expectations; conduct regular coaching and corrective action as neededFoster a culture of accountability, growth, and teamworkSafety & ComplianceEnsure strict adherence to EHS policies and proceduresMonitor safety performance and proactively implement risk-reduction strategiesPromote a safety-first culture at every level of operationsRequirements & What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field — or equivalent experience in a service-based industry3 – 5 years of operations management experienceDemonstrated P&L ownership and comfort with financial reportingStrong working knowledge of safety compliance and operational standardsProven track record in team development, performance management, and driving resultsSkilled at building client relationships and identifying growth opportunitiesExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant business softwareAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
