What You’ll Own
This isn’t a “sit in the office and manage from a distance” job.
You’ll be responsible for everything happening inside the branch —and making sure it runs like a well-oiled machine:
Lead all operations: service, parts, admin, and facility
Own the numbers: P&L, margins, productivity, and performance
Build and lead a high-performing, accountable team
Drive a culture that reflects the MacQueen Way —every day, no exceptions
Keep customers locked in through strong relationships and real follow-through
Identify problems early, solve them fast, and keep things moving
Push for continuous improvement across service, parts, and overall operations
Stay connected to your market—customers, municipalities, fire departments, and partners

What You Bring
7+ years leading teams in heavy equipment, environmental services, emergency apparatus, or similar operations
Proven ability to manage people + performance + financials at the same time
Strong understanding of service and parts operations
Confidence working with P&L, KPIs, and operational data
A leadership style that drives accountability, trust, and results
Ability to communicate clearly, solve problems fast, and lead under pressure
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

ADA Requirements:
Stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, crawl, twist, reach or otherwise move frequently.
Occasional repetitive motion and grasping.
Occasional climbing to reach areas on equipment or racks.
Lift, move or otherwise transfer up to 50 lbs. occasionally, >20 lbs. frequently.
Typically sits, grasp items and performs keyboarding for frequent operation of a computer.
Exposure to typical machine shop physical hazards which may include moving mechanical parts.
