Job description
Duke Rentals seeks a Branch Manager for the Fargo/Moorhead, MN area to oversee daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver outstanding customer service. This role includes safety compliance, P&L oversight, and ensuring equipment availability for deliveries and rentals.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of management experience in rental equipment or related fields, with strong leadership and communication skills. A monthly vehicle allowance and bonus programs are available.
