Atomic Credit Union is seeking a community-oriented leader with proven financial institution experience to manage our Washington Court House market.We are looking for someone who is passionate about serving others, building strong community relationships, and helping members improve their financial well-being. The successful candidate will have the ability to make a positive impact in the Washington Court House area while leading branch operations, developing a high-performing team, supporting business and community development, and achieving market goals.Key ResponsibilitiesDirect and administer branch operationsOversee the delivery of a full range of services to members and prospective membersEnsure established policies and procedures are followedEnsure members are served promptly and professionallyTrain, direct, and supervise branch staffPerform other branch functions as requiredManagerial experience.Strong sales culture outlook.Communication and Leadership skills.Lending and Financial experience.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
