Job description
HomeTeam is seeking a General Manager to lead branch operations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You will oversee pest-control and Taexx system activities, manage budgets, and drive operational excellence across the branch in Fayetteville.
You will develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, prepare reports, and align team performance with corporate goals to deliver outstanding results for customers and the business.
