Job description
Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to partner with the Branch Manager to deliver a welcoming, compliant, and efficient banking experience for clients. You will oversee daily branch operations, assist with transactions, and guide clients to self-service options while maintaining strong team collaboration.
You will lead with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and exceptional client care, supporting audits and loss control as part of a high-performing branch team in Morris County and beyond.
