Job description
JPMorganChase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to supervise daily branch activities, welcoming clients and guiding them through transactions while promoting self-service options. You will work closely with the Branch Manager to uphold policy compliance and deliver a high standard of service.
The role requires strong leadership, retail banking experience, and flexibility to work weekends/evenings as needed to support branch operations and client needs.
