Job description
Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to work closely with the Branch Manager and staff to deliver exceptional client experiences in a busy Miami area branch. You will guide daily operations, ensure compliance, and promote self-service options to customers.
You will lead a team, manage cash devices, and drive loss prevention while maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. This role requires weekend/evening availability and a focus on accuracy and hospitality.
