Job description
Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead in New York to drive a welcoming client experience and oversee daily branch operations. You will partner with the Branch Manager to ensure accurate transactions, compliance, and effective lobby management while building lasting relationships with clients.
You will train and energize the branch team, promote self-service banking, and guide clients to appropriate specialists for complex needs.
