Job description
Chase is looking for a Branch Operations Lead in Oakland to partner with the Branch Manager on daily operations, safeguarding cash handling, and delivering exceptional client service in a bustling retail environment.
You will lead a team, enforce policy compliance, promote self-service options, and drive loss-control and audits. Weekend/evening shifts and 1+ year of banking experience are required. This is a hands-on leadership role with growth opportunities.
