Job description
Chase is hiring a Branch Operations Lead to partner with the Branch Manager in Rochester, MN. You will guide daily operations, welcome clients, and drive accurate transactions with a focus on compliance and risk controls.
You will lead the team, educate staff, and build lasting relationships while promoting self-service options to improve the client banking experience. Weekend/evening hours may be required.
