Job description
Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead in Wichita to partner with the Branch Manager, oversee daily operations, welcome clients, and ensure accurate processing of transactions while upholding policies.
You will guide the team, promote self-service options, manage lobby flow, and ensure compliance and audits are conducted effectively.
This role requires retail banking experience, flexibility with weekend/evening hours, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
