Job description
Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to oversee daily branch activities and ensure a high standard of service while aligning with policy and regulatory requirements.
You will work with the Branch Manager to foster a welcoming environment, manage cash devices, and guide the team to deliver accurate transactions and proactive client engagement. This role requires weekend availability and a focus on loss control and audits.
