Job description
JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead in Indianapolis to support the Branch Manager and drive smooth daily operations. You will ensure accurate transactions, promote self-service options, and foster a welcoming, compliant branch environment for clients and colleagues.
In this role you’ll lead cash handling, lobby operations, and loss-control efforts while coaching team members and upholding bank policies. Weekend/evening hours required.
