Job description
Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead in Louisville, Kentucky, to partner with the Branch Manager and frontline staff to deliver exceptional client experiences while maintaining bank policies and control standards.
You will guide daily branch operations, greet clients, manage lobby flow, promote self-service options, and help the team meet service and compliance goals through training and teamwork.
