Job description
Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to supervise daily branch activities, greet clients, and drive service excellence. You will collaborate with the Branch Manager to ensure accurate transactions, strong cash handling, and adherence to policies while building trusted client relationships.
You will lead by example, educate staff on procedures, and promote self-service banking options, supporting loss control and audit readiness across the branch.
