Job description
JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead in Yakima, WA. You will partner with the Branch Manager to ensure a welcoming environment, supervise daily branch operations, manage cash devices, and uphold regulatory requirements while delivering outstanding client experiences.
You will guide the team, educate staff on policies, promote self-service options, and maintain strong loss control and audit readiness. Weekend and evening hours are required in this role.
