Job description
Summary
The Branch Security Officer maintains a safe and secure environment for clients and employees while supporting store operations and the customer experience. This role serves as a visible ambassador on the sales floor and performs security, back-of-house controls, and operational tasks to protect assets and enable store performance.
Responsibilities
Provide a visible security presence to deter theft and protect customers, associates, and merchandise.
Respond to incident reports and emergency situations, following established incident management procedures.
Perform daily security inspections, alarm and equipment tests, key access controls, and related documentation.
Support store operations including opening and closing procedures and basic facilities coordination.
Engage with clients to support sales and service initiatives while maintaining security protocols.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer skills and ability to complete security and operational reports.
Authorization to work in the United States.
Ability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Experience in a retail or security environment preferred; 1 year prior security-related experience preferred.
