Job description
Morgan Stanley is seeking a Business Service Officer to supervise Support Professionals and execute service operations in the West Palm Beach region. The role partners with Market Sales and Risk teams to implement service initiatives and ensure adherence to firm policies.
You will lead, mentor and coach a team, manage onboarding and performance reviews, and drive cross-functional collaboration with Branch, Market, Region and Home Office stakeholders to deliver exceptional client experiences.
