Job description
Reading Cooperative Bank in Andover, MA is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations, coach staff, drive sales, and ensure exceptional service. The role partners with Community Development Officers to expand community reach and deposit growth.
You will manage deposits, oversee teller functions, and promote bank products while maintaining compliance and a customer-centric culture. A 4+ year management background and bilingual English/Spanish are preferred.
